Into the Future

There is no such thing as a time machine. But, if given the chance to travel through time, I would want to go to the future. I have always imagined how the world would look like during that time. It keeps me excited but at the same time, I feel a bit of fear.

When it comes to predicting the future, I become idealistic. Of course, everyone of us wants to have an ideal life. But I came to know that we can't really have this kind of life. Unless we work hard to achieve our goals, we can't have a life that we're dreaming of. Like me, I've always wanted to be a successful nurse someday. In orde to attain this, I try to focus in my studies so that I will have no regrets for not reaching my goal.

In life, there are always the ones that we call, "blocks in our way." These are the things that we need to surpass and overcome for us to emerge as winners in our daily tasks. These blocks serve as our guide and make us stronger in facing what's ahead of us. And if ever we lose hope, there is always one person above who is ready to help us go through those challenges and that is God.

Each one of us has their own perception about the future. Some have already planned on what they will do while some just want to go with the flow. How will our future look like? Nobody knows. The answer lies within ourselves and on how we will build our future. As they say, "The future is in our hands."
